Warranty RMA Request
THE FORM BELOW IS FOR WARRANTY CLAIM RMA REQUESTS ONLY. IF YOU ARE TRYING TO INITIATE A NON-WARRANTY RETURN, PLEASE DO SO BY FOLLOWING THIS LINK.
Warranty claims require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. An RMA can be requested by completing the form below. Once the completed form is received it will be processed and an RMA number and shipping instructions will be sent via email. All warranty claims must be accompanied by a copy of the RMA sheet and a copy of the original purchase receipt. Warranty returns without either of those forms will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. Approved warranty claims will result in the replacement of the defective part or reimbursement of the part, depending upon the manufacturer's policy. The final determination of warranty claims are based upon the decision of the manufacturer after inspection of the product.
Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. Standard Diesel is not responsible for returns that are uninsured and subsequently damaged or lost during the return shipping process.
Returns must be packaged in an appropriate shipping box. Applying shipping labels directly to the part and/or part package is not acceptable.
