General Information
In most cases your product will be covered by a manufacturer warranty. Terms and conditions of the manufacturer warranty can typically be found on the manufacturer’s web site or by calling them directly.
Some manufacturers do not have a refund policy and will only provide a replacement for a part returned under warranty and which is found to comply with the warranty terms and conditions of the respective manufacturer.
Warranty periods vary across manufacturers and products. The warranty period for your product(s) can typically be found on the manufacturer’s web site or by calling the manufacturer directly.
Determination of warranty eligibility is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer.
Some manufacturers require new products to be registered with the manufacturer within a specific period of time for the product to be covered by their warranty. Products not registered within the stated period will result in your product NOT being covered by warranty.
With the exception of Kryptonite Products, warranty claims should be directed to Standard Diesel following the Warranty Claim Procedures found here.
