Non-Warranty Returns

All returns must receive authorization prior to being shipped.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number can be obtained by completing and submitting the form below. Any products returned without an authorization number will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
All returns must be accompanied by a legible copy of the original invoice and copy of the RMA sheet. Items returned without both of these documents will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Items are eligible to be returned for a refund if the following conditions are met:
- Return request is submitted within 30 days of purchase. No returns are accepted after 30 days.
- Product is in the original, unopened box which is free from writing, markings or labels applied, other than those from original manufacturer. Returns must be packaged in an appropriate shipping box. Applying shipping labels directly to the part and/or part package is not acceptable.
- Product is unmodified, new, uninstalled, and in resalable condition
- All installation instructions, technical information, and hardware is included (if applicable)
- Refusal of a shipment will result in an automatic restocking fee. All restocking and shipping fees will be deducted from any refund.
Items not eligible for returns:
- Electrical/electronic items
- Fuel additive
- Seals, gaskets, O-rings, hardware, fasteners, and/or consumables
- Superseded or obsoleted parts
Guidelines for returning product:
Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. Standard Diesel is not responsible for returns that are uninsured and subsequently damaged or lost during the return shipping process.
Returns must be packaged in an appropriate shipping box. Applying shipping labels directly to the part and/or part package is not acceptable.
New product returns cannot be commingled in the same shipping box with other returns such as core or warranty. Mixed returns cannot be processed together and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense for separation and reshipment.
All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns.
